“My aim is to enable users no matter what their level of expertise is to interact with digital products.”

That’s me, Christian:

As a User Experience Designer, I developed a diverse range of experiences across industries including healthcare, logistics, and technology. With a strong foundation in user-centered design, I focus on creating intuitive digital products that enhance user experience and drive business growth in complex environments.

Currently, I work in the logistics sector, designing solutions which aim to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.

That’s what I’m doing at the moment

Working an hybrid environment with agile elements to develop the Rhenus internal Transportation Management System with the involvement of stakeholders, developers, and product- and project managers. Establishment of a design system and its rules for application. Furthermore I introduce methods like design thinking, user research, as well as metrics and best practices for usability testing.

Teaching UX Project Management for the study program Usability Engineering, M.Sc., and instructing students in agile methodologies and their application. The course covers project management techniques for planning and executing projects, products, and UX workflows. Topics include road mapping, scoping, and success metrics.

And before that?

Previously I worked for arz.digital GmbH and led the design and user experience efforts for Hedi, a therapeutic treatment and documentation software. Furthermore I worked for the agency D’art Design as a digital communication designer, and did freelance work.
